#1Devil Jin
Devil Jin is a character who debuted in Tekken 3, although he only became a fully playable character in Tekken 5. He is the demon form of Jin Kazama after being metamorphosed by the Devil Gene, becoming crazed, aggressive, even cannibalistic.Gerald ReedWritten on April 16, 2019'No doubt the Tekken 7's best character. High execution, sure. But good rewards once you get used to his movelist. Plenty of safe options, panic options to escape pressure, good RD, and that god-annoying hellsweep which can make enemies second guess themselves when trying to read blocks. If you've got good execution and a mastery for the Mishima, then make sure you give DVJ a try.'Thanks for voting! Please tell us why you like it!Thanks for voting! Steve Fox is a character in the Tekken series who debuted in Tekken 4. He was adopted at a young age and his origin is a mystery. He becomes a boxer later on. Steve's main goal in the game is to solve the mystery of his past, including the scar on his arm.Rogelio SaucedoWritten on April 16, 2019'Pretty hard to get used to Steve's basics especially if you got used to characters who use all 4 limbs to attack lol. His kicks have been replaced with weaves, basically roided up sidesteps that also avoid highs. he was basically on the A rankings on the T7 2018 tier list, but after the season 2 changes, plenty of YTers have been considering bumping him up to S++ due to his buffs and that new rage drive he's been given. Like legit, from the worst RD in the game in S1 to the best in S2. His lows suck tho, with the exception of db 3,2, which has no range'Thanks for voting! DID YOU KNOW?
Did you know that despite Tekken being widely known as a 3D game, the ability to sidestep in the background and foreground were only added in Tekken 2? While many fans of the franchise see Tekken 7 as a pretty balanced, polished and varying game, that goal wasn't achieved without a few road bumps along the way. Since the release of the initial Tekken, which only started out with a mere total of 8 starting characters and 10 unlockables, the series has undoubtedly progressed and was considered to be the best-selling franchise in history within the fighting game genre with more than 40 total playable characters overall.
Tekken 7 itself features 6 DLC characters, some of which are returning characters, while the rest are from other TV shows and fighting games. Though Tekken 7's character roster isn't the largest in the entire franchise, fans have given praise to the variety it offers, along with the improvements made from previous releases, as well as the new game mechanics added into it, like Rage Drives and Rage Arts, to name a few. Due to the constant updates that Tekken 7 has received, as well as balance fixes and new contents being added into the game, it comes without a doubt that Tekken will continue to grow in popularity.
